Futures for Young Adults: this is funded by the Department of Human Services and is designed for young people with a disability over the age of 18 years. The program provides real choices and real options in the community in which they live. Each young person has the opportunity to develop with a key worker their own goals in the areas of education, employment, training, work experience, accommodation, health, money management, independent living, literacy & numeracy, recreation, driver education and social activities.

Create Your Future: is a partnership between CREATE and a number of high schools in the Geelong area. We work with young people aged up to 18 years who have a disability and/or receive integration aide funding in school. We also work closely with relevant teachers and parents to create the best possible opportunities for our clients. The goal of our partnership is to develop pathways to employment and further education for students who in most cases are no longer suited to the typical full time school environment.
