From July 2004, CREATE will be expanding and developing its current services within the Wyndham
Council Area.
These services will include:

> Expansion to the schools partnerships for at risk young people
> The further development of alternate educational models for young people
> The deployment of an Employment and Learning Co-ordinator within Heathdale (Werribee)
> The delivery of a Community Jobs Program within Heathdale (Werribee)
> Vocational education and training for adult residents within Wyndham
> Individualised support for young people with a disability
> The potential development of a community enterprise for employment and learning outcomes
> Intervention programs for young people that align with Wyndham Council priorities and initiatives
> Business and community linkages that value add to government funding
> The employment of local residents to deliver program activities
> School Based Training and Apprenticeship programs for local schools
> Vocational training services for employment placement providers and the JobNetwork members
> Community Building activities that enhance connectedness across all program areas
> Continued development of partnerships with providers to ensure enhanced outcomes for resisdents
> Training for local business and indusry
