is commited to developing access to services and courses in the local communities that it serves as well as building on community
infrastructure. CREATE's community development programs include the construction
of a horticulture and training facility, the development of a Living Skills
Unit and Young Mothers Program, the re-build of a community camp and recreational
facility and transport management for a network of providers within Corio/Norlane
